Global Leadership Conference
The Compass Global Leadership Conference took place at the Intercontinental Downtown LA in October 2018. The two day conference was attended by 300 members of Compass’ global senior leadership team. Alongside the conference was an expo showcasing the future of food and innovative technologies.
Line Up handled all elements of the conference - design, logistics, content and production. Standout features included a 38m long by 6m tall angular set, which doubled up as a multi-screen projection mapping surface. The screen was 3840 x 1410 pixels driven by Watchout, allowing us to create an immersive experience. We produced the event content which included film, animations and projection mapping sequences. We worked with 33 presenters including external guest speakers to bring the business messages to life on screen, creating 18 unique presentations.
Food is at the heart of everything Compass do and to showcase this we produced three very different evening experiences. Welcoming guests to LA we transformed a warehouse in the Fashion District into a chic lounge at sunset, with food stations serving the latest innovations from the exciting LA dining scene. Night two, guests enjoyed a tour of Universal Studios and dinner outdoors on a working movie set, which spanned a huge 450sqm and took two days to dress. On the third evening, the event closed with a gala dinner and awards ceremony, complete with after party, held at the iconic music venue, The Novo. The evening events were catered by Wolfgang Puck Catering, part of Compass Group North America.
