GSMA Mobile World Congress
For the second year running Line Up supported organiser GSMA to deliver the highly successful Mobile World Congress Conference Programme in Barcelona.
The keynote sessions featured leaders from established telecoms players and industry newcomers, as well government agencies and the development community. Line Up managed the production services for the Conference and Ministerial programmes.
Working through pre-production to onsite management, we designed stage sets for 7 auditoria, the largest of which featured a 30m blended widescreen and hosted an audience of 1,800 people.
We ran these 7 auditoriums and a Showcase Stage for the 4 live days, coordinating screen content, rehearsals and shows for over 300 speakers. Content varied from watch out presentations to live technology demonstrations to panel discussions and included presentations as varied as McLaren F1 on connectivity to Digital Health and Education.
