Compass Global Leadership Conference
Food is at the heart of everything Compass do. So, expectations are naturally set high.
We worked closely with culinary teams from both Compass and the various venues to design inventive and varied menus across the three-day event.
To welcome guests, we transformed a typical LA warehouse in the Fashion District, into a stylish lounge, with an industrial vibe at sunset for an informal dinner. Chef-attended and interactive food stations served the latest innovations from the LA dining scene.
Night two saw guests enjoy a personalised tour of Universal Studios with dinner outdoors on the Mexican and Western set.
And on the final night of the conference programme, a gala dinner and awards ceremony was held at music venue, The Novo, complete with after-party.
To ensure a first-class delegate experience we created a personalised event agenda to cater for all individual needs during the event.
Communication with the delegates started four months prior to the event. A bespoke registration website and event app was created. A central site with good back-end reporting was essential to coordinate 300 people from 50 countries.
