Brief

To stage the annual Top Leadership Forum for 90 senior managers at the St Regis Fort Lauderdale Resort in Florida.

Solution

Line Up created a bespoke conference environment that could be adapted to reflect the focus of each session. The circular theatre-style seating area was divided into the company’s regions and different lighting states were used to signify a change of region as each presented.

Subsequent sessions saw a continual redesign of the environment and Line Up briefed a cartoonist to create an alternative record of each day’s activities. The cartoons were mounted on a large ‘Journey Wall’ that gradually filled up with ideas, pictures and strategic proposals as the event progressed. These visual and emotive reminders then formed part of the cascade programme.
