A cascade pack creatively inspired by the Bell Lighthouse that stands on the Inchcape Rock, 11 miles off the coast of Scotland. The pack consisted of an inspirational opening film revealing the incredible story of the lighthouse and its relevance to Inchcape; a facilitator pack with full instructions on the event schedule and presentation; all presentations, scripted and with full audio-visual support; and a delegate pack for every employee.
The roll-out of Inchcape’s Customer 1st initiative is currently taking place over a series of one-day events at Inchcape offices around the world, led by local Inchcape facilitators.
